In case a customization is required such as color, sleeve adjustments, etc, there will be an additional customization charge applicable and will be added to the final billing amount. In case the product was bought on sale, an additional charge for customization/alteration is applicable.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Every piece is handcrafted at the studio and goes through multiple processes before we are able to create the perfect piece for you. Usually, the time frame will be anytime between 20-25 business working days. The shipping charges for all shipping within india is free and is completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE
As per our policy, we do not make any changes to the orders once placed. Further, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.
NOTE: Sale pieces are not applicable for return or exchange under any circumstances.
COLOR OF PRODUCT
All our pieces are handcrafted in house at our studio. We ensure that our pieces are shot in standard light giving colors truest and nearest to our pieces. However, due to the intricacy of work involved in our pieces there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your screen and the actual product.
